Q + A

What to Expect

We’re so excited to celebrate with you in a way that’s intimate and full of love. Our wedding will take place in a beautiful garden setting by the river, creating the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable day. We’ll kick things off with a relaxed cocktail hour, where you can enjoy drinks, light bites, and good conversation. After that, we’ll gather for a lovely dinner, where we’ll share delicious food and plenty of laughter. While we won’t be having a traditional dance party, we’re planning a laid-back, joyful evening with great company, beautiful scenery, and lots of special moments with those who matter most. Our focus is on celebrating with those who mean the most to us in a way that feels personal, relaxed, and meaningful.

What should I wear?

Let’s skip the black attire and embrace soft, romantic shades instead! The dress code is semi-formal (jackets not required), so feel free to dress up, but keep it light and breezy with pastels, neutrals, and muted, romantic colors. These shades will be perfect for our special day and the beautiful setting. Since our event will take place in garden setting, we recommend considering your footwear when planning for the day—something comfortable and suited for walking on grass, gravel paths & stone would be ideal.

Are children invited?

While we love your little ones, we have chosen to have a child-free event, in order to maintain an intimate and relaxed atmosphere.

Cuisine

The menu will feature vegetarian, pescatarian & gluten free options for all dietary preferences. During cocktail hour, please enjoy a variety of delicious bites, including seafood, grilled meats, and several vegetarian options. Afterwards, we will be serving a buffet-style dinner that will include fresh salad, delectable vegetables, hearty sides and flavorful main dishes. For dessert, indulge in an assortment of sweet treats like tarts, cakes, macarons, fresh fruit, and of course - wedding cake! If you have any additional dietary restrictions, please be sure to advise on the RSVP form.

PARKING

We're happy to offer complimentary valet parking for all guests! When the event is over, please note that all cars must be removed from the property, so if you're planning on staying late or don't have a ride, we recommend using a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft for a smooth departure.

Gifts & Registry

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you may have it delivered to our home (our address is linked to our registries). Our registries are linked under the "registry" tab. A wedding card box will be at the reception.

Can I Post Photos to Social Media?

Our ceremony will be "unplugged", meaning we would like everyone to be present & refrain from taking any photos. We will have professional photography & videography teams working to capture our day! We kindly request you do not post any photos of us taken during our celebration to social media until after we have received & post our professional photos. You are, of course, welcome to post photos of yourself & your party!
